Adolescent Assistant Guide – MSH is seeking an Adolescent (middle school) Assistant Guide for the 2026-2027 school year. The Assistant Guide supports the Lead Teacher by maintaining a clean, orderly, and prepared environment while nurturing children’s independence, following Montessori philosophy, and protecting their concentration. Key duties include managing transitions, supporting and modeling grace and courtesy, and observing students to support their development. A belief in deeply respectful parenting/teaching philosophies and restorative practices are a must.
