Primary Assistant Guide
The Montessori School of Huntsville seeks candidates for a Primary Assistant Guide. This position supports the Lead Teacher by maintaining a clean, orderly, and prepared environment while nurturing children’s independence, following Montessori philosophy, and protecting their concentration. Key duties include managing transitions, supporting and modeling grace and courtesy, and observing students to support their development. A belief in deeply respectful parenting/teaching philosophies and restorative practices are a must.
